International Pop Prog Band ZIO is the brainchild of former Karnataka drummer Jimmy Pallagrosi.

Albums & History

The band made its live debut at Crescendo Festival in France in 2018. They released their award-winning debut album, Flower Torania, a concept album inspired by video games, fantasy, and '80s sci-fi films. Flower Torania received critical acclaim, winning rave reviews and earning the top spot on Notes Reviews' list of best albums of 2020.

In 2023, ZIO released their second album, TRUEWAVES, featuring a stellar lineup of guest vocalists, including Eric Gillette (Neal Morse Band), John Mitchell (Arena/Lonely Robot/Frost*), Hayley Griffiths, and Gabriel Agudo.

ZIO’s energetic and powerful live show was captured with the 2024 release of ∃LIBOMEVIL, a live concept album showcasing tracks from both Flower Torania and TRUEWAVES, recorded during their 2023 UK tour.
